A note from our founder

Why we don't go on sale

As the seasons change, so do the waves of sale emails filling your inbox. It's a lot to take in, trust me, we feel it too.

Every year my team and I reflect on what sales periods mean for us. The truth is, I started Peak Moto with a different intention altogether: to shine a light on female motorcyclists so manufacturers finally recognise a community that has been overlooked for far too long. Behind the scenes, all year round, we're focused on making women's riding gear more accessible in Australia so we can ride safer, more confidently, and look damn good doing it.

We only buy what we need, and we rarely sit on excess stock. When you shop with us (online or in-store) you're not just choosing great gear. You're backing a small, Australian, fully female-owned and operated business built by riders who are part of your community.

And year after year, you've shown us that what you value isn't rock-bottom prices. You value care. You value honest service. You value a business with a heart, and a vision for a future where women riders are recognised, supported, and celebrated.

So we keep it simple: we offer premium motorcycle gear at our best prices all year round. No artificial mark-ups. No regretful "I should've waited for the sale" moments. Just stable, fair pricing you can rely on.

For those who love a treasure hunt, our Clearance and Final Sale items are where you'll occasionally find exceptional deals. They're the exception, not the rule.

Thank you for being here. Truly. We're grateful for every rider who chooses to be part of this community.

The questions we get asked most

If yours is not here, ask us. We would rather have the conversation than have you wait on a discount that is not coming.

Do you ever discount anything?

Occasionally, and we are upfront about where. Our Clearance and Final Sale racks hold end-of-run sizes, superseded models and one-off pieces we are clearing to make room. That is a genuine markdown on a limited pool of stock, not a store-wide event with a countdown clock. Everything else sits at its everyday price.

What about Black Friday, EOFY or Boxing Day?

We sit them out. A sale calendar only works if the everyday price leaves room to cut, and we would rather not build that room in to begin with. If you have been holding off for a code, take this as your sign: the price you are looking at is the price.

Will this get cheaper if I wait?

Almost never. The one exception is a product reaching the end of its run and moving to Clearance, and by then it is usually a broken size run. If the size you need is in front of you now, waiting tends to cost more than it saves.

Does that mean your gear is expensive?

It means it is honestly priced. We buy only what we need and rarely sit on excess stock, so you are not quietly paying for a warehouse of dead inventory or for the discount cycle that has to clear it. What you see is the number we can hold all year.

What do I get instead of a discount?

Time and expertise. A fit consultation with people who ride, straight advice on what your gear actually needs to do, and a team that will tell you when the cheaper option is the right one. Our loyalty program and exchange and returns policy are there for the rest.
