For most products, you'll see the availability of each variant above the Buy button.

If your item is showing as backordered, this means that we do not have that variant on-hand in our store.

If you order a backordered item, we will transfer it from our warehouse or order it in from our supplier.

If the item is backordered with the supplier as well (which rarely happens) we will be in contact with an estimated restock date.

Please allow 7-10 days for your backordered item to be dispatched from our store.

If you need the item by a particular date, please understand that there are factors outside of our control that affect arrival times of backorders.

At Peak Moto, we've made concerted efforts to ensure that our product images accurately represent their true colors.

Due to the inherent variability of our screens and the subjective nature of perception, we cannot guarantee that the colour you perceive on your screen perfectly matches the actual hue of the product.

In-Stock at our Retail Shops: Dispatch of any goods we have in one of our retail shops is generally within 24 hours with exceptions for public holidays.

In-Stock at our Warehouse: If your order includes an item that is at our warehouse, it may take up to 3 days to transfer it to one of our shops for dispatch.

Backordered Items: If your order includes a backordered item (ie. not in stock in either our retail shops or warehouse) and our website allows you to order the item in, we'll get back to you with an ETA on when you can expect your order.

Out of stock items: We generally turn off backorders for products that we can't guarantee ETAs on, just so that we aren't stringing you along! However, if you're really keen on an item that is out of stock (and you can't purchase - the button is greyed out) please contact us at hello@peakmotogear.com.au and we can make special exceptions on some products.

Need to exchange or return an item?

Head to our Returns Centre and follow the easy steps.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to exchange or refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.

All items need to be in brand new condition with tags, armour (if applicable) and all relevant packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

Please note we cannot exchange or refund the following items:

  • All clearance items
  • Helmets
  • Bike maintenance products such as Motul or Muc-Off cleaners, lubes, and oil

You may have noticed that some products have to be ordered into our retail shop before dispatch.

We're a small business with a tiny operations team, and limited warehouse space. Sometimes people assume we're a mega superstore, but trust us - Peak Moto is indeed a compact team of your fellow riders who are doing our best!

While we try our best to maintain great depth in our most popular items, it makes business sense to be strategic about what we actively keep in stock.

So, rather than have a sparse sprinkling of everything possible, we choose the products that people most likely purchase, and have these ready to go.

The result is that you're less likely to wait for your items, and we're less likely to sit on products that move slowly. We'll have better cashflow in order to run our business smoothly.

For Australian orders less than $350 AUD, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Express Post is available starting at $20 and is based on weight.

We ship using Australia Post.

We also ship internationally to all corners of the earth, including the USA, Canada, UK, Asia, Europe, and more.

We are a retailer and reseller of gear - we do not design or manufacture our own gear. We do not create the size charts, the manufacturers do.

Feel free to send us full-body photos to assist with determining your body shape, or schedule an online Fit Consultation for personalised live sizing advice.

Please avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try them on, as it incurs significant costs for all parties involved.

To back up the quality of the products we stock, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products in our store from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter.

We'll need photos of the item and details of what happened to cause it.

Manufacturing defects include unravelling stitching, stuck or broken zippers, or premature detaching of parts.

Warranty does not cover discolouration, wear from normal use, normal breakdown of materials, or damaged caused by misuse or a crash.

Shoei Helmets - X-SPR Pro

The Shoei X-SPR Pro is the race helmet — the one Shoei's MotoGP riders wear, Marc Márquez included. It is dual-certified to ECE 22.06 and FIM homologation, which is the standard required for competition rather than just the road.

Everything about it is built around speed. An integrated spoiler, rear stabilisers with flaps, vortex generators and a wind-tunnel-shaped shell keep it stable well past any speed you will see on the road. The shell itself is Shoei's AIM+ composite — more layers of fibreglass and organic fibre than the road helmets — over a modular multi-density EPS liner.

What you get

  • CWR-F2R race visor with a Pinlock insert included and twin locks so it cannot pop open under load.
  • Seven intakes and six exhausts, plus a cheek-vent system that moves air across the lower half of your face — the part most helmets ignore.
  • A fit you can tune — interchangeable cheek pads and centre pads in different thicknesses, so the helmet can be adjusted to your head rather than the other way round.
  • Double D-ring strap, Emergency Quick Release System and a hydration-system channel.
  • Fully removable, washable lining.

Be clear-eyed about what this is. It is a race helmet, and the airflow that keeps you cool on track means it is louder than a touring lid like the GT-Air 3. Testers who have put thousands of kilometres through one rate the comfort, visor and ventilation highly, but if your riding is mostly commuting and highway miles, a quieter helmet will serve you better.

The fit is close and the pad system rewards a proper fitting. Come and try one in Port Melbourne or West End, Brisbane — helmets can't be returned once worn.
