These boots run true to size from the measuring guide, and fit perfectly straight out of the box with no breaking in needed. All the comfort of a sneaker, and the sturdiness of a boot. Found my new favourite.
They are very comfy and are the right size for my hands but I do struggle to get my hand past the velcro wrist strap sometimes but that could be because im not used to them and they haven’t been worn in enough yet. Other than that they are very nice and keep my hands warm while riding.
As a new rider the staff were very nice and helpful. Showing me my options as well as the pros and cons of each piece of gear
Love them don't know that I am wearing them. I have 2 knee replacements and I donate that preasure on my knees like the others
Excellent quality and perfect for Darwin the (NT) conditions. At $99
you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend the Airwave 3
Great jacket for waterproof touring. You can wear it in hot weather (around 30 degrees) on highways or dirt roads but if you get into the technical stuff it won't breathe or vent enough and you'll sweat a lot. It's not really designed for that though. It's fantastic at keeping you dry on the coldest, wettest days and has plenty of pockets and vents if needed. It's great not having to worry about external or inner rain layers. The detachable thermal inner is a bit old school and can't be worn by itself, but I just wear a lightweight puffy underneath.
The only downside I've found is that even in a 3XL (i'm 47 inches around the chest) @ 172cm and 105 kilos the neck latch isn't adjustable enough for me, so it won't stay buckled, even at its widest setting.
Love the jacket. The highest heat setting is hot - you want a layer of t-shirt material between you and the elements in the collar. The low setting is warm enough to thaw you out on a long ride.
Well constructed and comfortable. Keeps your hands warm. But despite having a Waterproofing hydratex|Z-liner, on my first ride in the rain, the gloves got soaking wet right through. Not what I expected for the price and supposed quality. They still appear to work at this stage.
The Lara cargo pants are comfy and the fitting guide is pretty spot on. The peak moto crew are wonderful to deal with and give you updates on your order. Only thing I’m not a big fan of is the clip buttons, I feel like it might come undone after lots of use. But other than that it’s a great product.
I found the back protector so much more flexible than previous ones due to the layered construction, because of this it was easier to fit and so much more flexible while wearing it!!
It’s so comfortable to wear! I love it so much and feel like a million bucks wearing it.
Amanda and Grace, thanks for all of your help with my new pants, jacket and gloves… all fit great and look even better. So pleased to have a motorcycle store catering for women riders. Def coming back in for me. Grace was so helpful and really friendly and patient. She’s a credit to Peak Moto. Cheers Anna
I wanted a new winter jacket that not only fit well, but also was waterproof and warm. Because I wear it most days I wanted to wear minimal clothing under it, so I thought it was a pretty tall order….however once again Peakmoto delivered in spades!!!!
Not only is the H20 jacket wind and waterproof, I can wear just a t shirt underneath and ride in under 10 degrees and stay warm and comfortable, add a thermal layer and it’s nice and toasty!!!
The hood is something I have never had, however when I take my helmet off it’s perfect to flip over and keep my head dry!!
Big thanks again to Dana for your help and advice, this is the Swiss Army knife of bike jackets!!
This jacket is absolutely amazing! It's super comfortable to wear, fits perfectly, and I really love the style – it's sleek, modern, and just what I was looking for. You can tell the quality is top-notch. I’ve worn it a few times already and it’s become my favourite piece for riding. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for both style and comfort in a jacket. I’m seriously in love with everything about it!
Really loving my new neck warmer. It is easy to put on and really comfortable and snug to wear.
Small make, I ordered the XL and completed the measurements as per website and are quite tight. Hoping they will stretch a bit!
