Yes! We accept exchanges if you wanted to swap size or colour.

We're a one-woman show here at Peak Moto, and we're a small business. Please don't buy several sizes to try them on - contact us or refer to the size charts carefully.

If the item you are exchanging has a higher price than the item you are receiving, we will process a refund of the difference.

If you are exchanging for a higher priced item, you can pay the difference.

We at Peak Moto realise that buying online can at times be hit and miss with sizes and fit, or that occasionally there may be a fault with the product so we are more than happy to exchange any garment that does not fit as long as it meets the following criteria.

  • Must be in new condition (unused, tags still attached, armour still installed, with original packaging). Please try on your purchase as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. If your product doesn’t fit do not keep wearing it as we cannot accept returned goods that have been used, even for a short ride around the block.
  • Return your purchase with any and all packaging that it was sent to you with (including tags, any plastic bags if it came with it, drawstring bags where applicable, etc).
  • Make sure you have read our size guide and fitting instructions as some products (e.g. Lara Cargos) are a tight fit.
  • Any returned items will be subject to inspection before we agree to exchange or return.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returns and exchanges coming back to us, but we don't charge for the first shipping cost back to you. If you require a 2nd exchange, we may charge a $10 shipping fee at our discretion.

No refunds will be given on clearance or sale items due to change of mind or incorrect choice.

You can exchange or return an item within 30 days of purchase.

Please try on your purchase as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. If your product doesn’t fit do not keep wearing it as we cannot accept returned goods that have been used.

Please bear in mind that it costs us fees to take payment via credit card, PayPal, or similar gateways, and it also costs us time and postage fees to send it out to you.

When you return your items due to change of mind, we reserve the right to keep a small restocking fee to cover these expenses.

Your item must be:

  • In brand new condition (unused, unspoilt, tags still attached, armour still installed, with original packaging).
  • Return your purchase with any and all packaging that it was sent to you with (including tags etc).
  • Make sure you have read our size guide and fitting instructions as some products (e.g. kevlar leggings) are a tight fit and require a special way to put them on.
  • Any returned items will be subject to inspection before we will agree to exchange or return.
  • The buyer is responsible for the postage costs back to us.

Please do not send your item back before requesting the return first. If an item is sent to our shop without context, we won't be able to process the refund as we cannot attribute it to an order.

If you have worn the item outside, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund as we will not be able to resell the item.

We will process the refund in the same payment method you used to purchase the item.

WARRANTY

All of our products come with a standard 12 months manufacturers warranty against defect or manufacturing fault from the date you received your item.

Please keep a record of the tracking information provided to you by Australia Post, as they clear their records over time.

If you don't have the tracking information, we will use the date you made the order instead.

Warranty issues include malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors that affect the integrity or safety of the product, such as seams tearing or zippers breaking.

Warranty issues do not include wear and tear, overuse, misuse, or small issues that don't directly affect the safety of the product.

There may be some cases where it is more cost effective for you to have it repaired locally, in which case it is possible we can compensate this cost at our discretion.

If your item is found to have a warranty issue, we can arrange for a replacement of the item. We do not offer refunds for warranty issues unless it is a special circumstance.

We can replace an item if it has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Causes the item to be unsafe
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, and can’t be easily fixed.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If your item is found to have a warranty issue, we can arrange for a replacement of the item. We do not offer refunds for warranty issues unless it is a special circumstance.

Whilst we aim to provide the best product we can, Peak Moto cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst wearing our products.

Once you have received your purchase and start wearing your product whilst riding, it can be assumed you are happy with the condition and quality of your purchase.

As with any motorcycle protective equipment, we cannot guarantee its performance based on many variable factors.

If you happen to be in a motorcycle accident, the safety performance of our products may be affected based on the type of accident, impact, abrasion time and other external factors.
