It's difficult to keep an extensive size range actively in stock.

Our sizes often go from XXS to 5XL, in multiple colours, and in varying lengths (for pants).

So we keep the most common styles in stock, and can order them in ad hoc if we don't have your size ready.

If we have all the products you're after, we can fulfil your order within 24 hours.

If we need to order it in, it may take about a week to fulfil your order as we are ordering from the UK and various parts of Australia.

Yes, we offer free tracking on all our orders at no extra cost.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, we'll correspond with Australia Post on your behalf to work out what happened and if needed, send a replacement out to you.

The original, damaged product will need to come back to us before we can send out another one.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will advise you on the avenues you can go down in order to receive compensation from the relevant parties involved (no promises on how much they will compensate!)

Please note that if we send out a parcel and it is rejected by your country, the parcel will likely end up coming back to us. The buyer will be responsible for releasing the item and having it sent out again.

International shipments are priced by weight, and we use the fees set out by Australia Post.

We don't charge extra on shipping, and our website platform uses active exchange rates so you get the most accurate shipping rate.

If you order a lot of items at a time, it's possible we have to send them in 2 or more separate shipments to stay under the weight thresholds set by Australia Post.

This is excluding holiday periods or transport chain issues out of our control.

Because we don't operate in your country (as we are based in Australia) we are not liable for any customs, duty, or local taxes that you may be charged.

When you add an item to your cart, you'll see a small toggle to opt in for Shipping Protection.

By choosing this, we will guarantee your order arrives safe and sound. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll send out a new one.

Please note that we will have to investigate the evidence involved and follow up with Australia Post and relevant parties before sending out a new parcel. We will also have to retrieve the damaged parcel (if applicable).

It's calculated at 1.5% of your total order value at a minimum of $2, and a maximum of $50.

If you noticed that your item has been damaged or delivered to the wrong address, you MUST let us know within 7 days of delivery. This will give us the best opportunity to work with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Any longer will result in delays or an insufficient claim due to lost time.

Please note that upon 7 days after an order has been delivered, we assume that you are happy with the condition it was delivered in and that it was not lost in transit.

Shipping Protection may require up to 3 months to resolve an issue as it takes time to liaise with Australia Post. We take Shipping Protection claims extremely seriously due to incidences of fraud we have had in the past.

If you purchased Shipping Protection and your claim proves to be legitimate, you will be entitled to a replacement of the lost or damaged gear.

A Shipping Protection claim, under no circumstances, does not result in a full refund. Again, this is due to the fraudulent behaviour that we have had to deal with in the past (ie. a customer receives the item, makes a claim, and also gets their money back).

Shipping Protection is a totally optional add-on. You are not obligated in any way to use it.

In the case that the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you'll have to speak to Australia Post or relevant parties to retrieve your item.

By choosing Shipping Protection, we accept these responsibilities on your behalf.
