Shoei GT-Air3 Helmets
The Shoei GT-Air 3 is the touring helmet Shoei built around long days on the road: quieter than the GT-Air II, better sealed at the neck and visor, and certified to the current ECE 22.06 standard.
The shell is Shoei's AIM composite, made in three outer sizes so a small helmet stays small rather than looking like a bowling ball. Inside is a multi-density EPS liner and the Emergency Quick Release System, which lets paramedics take the cheek pads out without moving your head.
What you get
- CNS-1C visor with a Pinlock EVO insert — wide field of view and no fogging on a cold morning.
- QSV-2 internal sun visor — 5mm longer than the previous one, and easy to drop with a glove on.
- Reworked ventilation — new inlets and exhausts, with a rear spoiler that cuts lift at highway speed.
- Fully removable, washable liner with noise-reducing cheek pads and pre-cut speaker pockets.
- Sena SRL3 ready — the intercom drops into the shell with no external hardware. Sold separately.
A snug touring fit that settles after the first few rides. If you're between sizes or unsure of your head shape, come and try one in Port Melbourne or West End, Brisbane — helmets can't be returned once worn.
