Frequently Asked Questions
A Fit Consult is a 1-on-1 remote video call with one our team members at Peak Moto.
We recognise that our shop in Melbourne, Australia can be inaccessible to many folks, and sometimes an email or phone call just isn't enough.
You can schedule a 15-minute meeting with us to ask all the questions you like, and give us an opportunity to recommend a size for you.
You can also ask to see some of the products up close, as though you were holding the products in person.
What you'll need to prepare for this meeting (read below):
- Have a soft measuring tape handy
- Have an idea of what kind of gear you are after (eg. a summer jacket, a lightweight pair of pants, etc)
- Be in a well-lit, quiet area away from distractions
- Wear form-fitting activewear
Be in a space where you have the ability to fit your body in the frame.
Anything you like! But we're primarily offering this service so that we can recommend a size based on your body shape and measurements.
It would be beneficial to come prepared with specific questions about our gear.
This service is free!
We just ask that you respect our busy schedules, and that you are as punctual as you can be when starting our meeting.
We'll use Google Meet for all of our video calls. The link will be sent to you when you make the booking.
We ask that you reschedule or cancel as soon as you realise you can't make it.
