We strive to fulfil your order within 24 hours if we have the items in stock. Our overseas suppliers are located in the UK and USA, and if we do not have an item in stock, it may take up to a week to arrive to our warehouse. We will be sure to notify you if your item is on backorder.

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind returns are subject to a small restocking fee.
