SHELL WW BLACK 02 is an armoured base layer body suit made from state-of-the-art materials for extra peace of mind on the road. Comfortable and versatile, it will fit discreetly under your riding gear and provide unparalleled impact protection thanks to power-stretch 65% UHMWPE fabric.
This is the IMPROVED VERSION with the updated snap closure and lower leg openings for more coverage around the hips.

Made from the extremely durable power-stretch BALISTEX® fabric, which is 15 times stronger than steel, the Shell WW Black 02 provides a single-layer solution that ensures unmatched durability and high abrasion resistance.
Fully CE approved – performance level AA in accordance with the EN 17092-3:2020 standard. This means in the event of an accident this bodysuit will protect you up to 35 meters or 4 sec sliding distance.
Thanks to the upgraded crotch closure with low profile snap system (adjustable to two heights), bodysuit will perfectly fit for both short and regular-fit body types. We’ve also eliminated the vertical seam on the sleeves, significantly improving the stability of the shoulder and elbow armor. Additionally, a visible seam on the back has been added to provide better back armor stability, while the curve on the hips has been reduced for a sleeker fit with low-waist jeans.
Equipped with SAS-TEC TripleFlex CE level 1 elbow and shoulder armor which is extremely flexible and lightweight. For those seeking even more protection, the optional QUATROFLEX BACK CE level 2 lightweight back armor can be purchased separately. I recently picked up the Pando Moto armoured bodysuit and I’m honestly obsessed. I wasn’t expecting the temperature control to be so dramatic (keeps me cool even in warmer weather), considering it’s AA rated. It fits like a glove in the best way: super flattering, but still flexible and easy to move around in. Comfort-wise, it’s hands down the comfiest piece of gear I own… aside from my beloved Lara cargos.
I still need to grab a back protector for it, but once I do, I can definitely see myself reaching for this over my jackets for daily riding. If you’re after something stylish, protective, and ridiculously comfy, this is it😮💨
Fits really nicely, very comfortable and the material feels really good, it comes with the shoulder/elbow pads which are easy to put in too
I added the Quatroflex back pad to mine and even with all the extra padding, it’s still comfortable and easy to wear

I loved this body suit the minute I put it in. It’s light, feels like a second skin and the armour is there but you don’t feel it. I travel overseas and ride so the “game changer” for me is that this rolls up into a ball and will fit into my helmet meaning I’m not wearing my bulky riding jacket on the plane. WHOHOO! Yes I only travel with a backpack filled with my clothes in my helmet. So Philippines here I come with my new armoured Pando bodysuit. ❤️ and I’m ready for our summer touring later in the year. This body suit is SO flattering and the armour is protective but thin, so you can wear a hoodie over it or even a thin jumper in warmer weather. It’s incredibly comfortable and very stylish. Easily the best impulse purchase for motorbike gear I’ve ever made. I’m 170cm, 70kg and I got a size medium and it’s perfect.
This has to be one of the best items in my moto wardrobe. It’s super comfortable, fits like a glove and keeps you cool as you ride. 👌👌👌

I’m an everyday rider in Darwin and always keeping my eyes open for good hot weather options - safety is not optional for me, I wear all the gear, all the time. So I jumped on this bodysuit, which arrived yesterday and I couldn’t wait to try it riding this morning. What can I say? It’s insanely comfortable, very cool while riding, and I feel securely protected should anything happen. Also, I’m a size 18-20 (this is the size I wear at Dangerfield, Target, City Chic, etc - 167cm tall and 94kg) and the XXL fits me very well, plenty of room in the crotch and comfy through my shoulders and back. I’ll definitely get more Pando gear in the future!
Do any protectors other than the Quatroflex Back Armour (CE Level 2) fit a size small bodysuit as I notice the smaller size in the protector is out of stock.
