It's difficult to keep an extensive size range actively in stock.

Our sizes often go from XXS to 5XL, in multiple colours, and in varying lengths (for pants).

So we keep the most common styles in stock, and can order them in ad hoc if we don't have your size ready.

If we have all the products you're after, we can fulfil your order within 24 hours.

If we need to order it in, it may take about a week to fulfil your order as we are ordering from the UK and various parts of Australia.

Yes, we offer free tracking on all our orders at no extra cost.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, we'll correspond with Australia Post on your behalf to work out what happened and if needed, send a replacement out to you.

The original, damaged product will need to come back to us before we can send out another one.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will advise you on the avenues you can go down in order to receive compensation from the relevant parties involved (no promises on how much they will compensate!)

They are able to reach every corner of the country, including regional and rural areas of Australia where many couriers can't deliver to.

If you order a lot of items at a time, it's possible we have to send them in 2 or more separate shipments to stay under the weight thresholds set by Australia Post.

It's calculated at 1.5% of your total order value at a minimum of $2, and a maximum of $50.
