Good to Know

For most products, you'll see the availability of each variant above the Buy button.

If your item is showing as backordered, this means that we do not have that variant on-hand in our store.

If you order a backordered item, we will transfer it from our warehouse or order it in from our supplier.

If the item is backordered with the supplier as well (which rarely happens) we will be in contact with an estimated restock date.

Please allow 7-10 days for your backordered item to be dispatched from our store.

If you need the item by a particular date, please understand that there are factors outside of our control that affect arrival times of backorders.

Please email us at hello@peakmotogear.com.au if you're ever unsure so that we can advise of an appropriate alternative.

At Peak Moto, we've made concerted efforts to ensure that our product images accurately represent their true colors.

Due to the inherent variability of our screens and the subjective nature of perception, we cannot guarantee that the colour you perceive on your screen perfectly matches the actual hue of the product.

In-Stock at our Retail Shops: Dispatch of any goods we have in one of our retail shops is generally within 24 hours with exceptions for public holidays.

In-Stock at our Warehouse: If your order includes an item that is at our warehouse, it may take up to 3 days to transfer it to one of our shops for dispatch.

Backordered Items: If your order includes a backordered item (ie. not in stock in either our retail shops or warehouse) and our website allows you to order the item in, we'll get back to you with an ETA on when you can expect your order.

Out of stock items: We generally turn off backorders for products that we can't guarantee ETAs on, just so that we aren't stringing you along! However, if you're really keen on an item that is out of stock (and you can't purchase - the button is greyed out) please contact us at hello@peakmotogear.com.au and we can make special exceptions on some products.

Need to exchange or return an item?

Head to our Returns Centre and follow the easy steps.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to exchange or refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.

All items need to be in brand new condition with tags, armour (if applicable) and all relevant packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

Please note we cannot exchange or refund the following items:

  • All clearance items
  • Helmets
  • Bike maintenance products such as Motul or Muc-Off cleaners, lubes, and oil

You may have noticed that some products have to be ordered into our retail shop before dispatch.

We're a small business with a tiny operations team, and limited warehouse space. Sometimes people assume we're a mega superstore, but trust us - Peak Moto is indeed a compact team of your fellow riders who are doing our best!

While we try our best to maintain great depth in our most popular items, it makes business sense to be strategic about what we actively keep in stock.

So, rather than have a sparse sprinkling of everything possible, we choose the products that people most likely purchase, and have these ready to go.

The result is that you're less likely to wait for your items, and we're less likely to sit on products that move slowly. We'll have better cashflow in order to run our business smoothly.

Peak Moto is a small business and we care deeply about our customers.

We're happy to have a chat with you to recommend a size before you buy. Contact us or refer to the size charts and fitment advice carefully.

We are a retailer and reseller of gear - we do not design or manufacture our own gear. We do not create the size charts, the manufacturers do.

Feel free to send us full-body photos to assist with determining your body shape, or schedule an online Fit Consultation for personalised live sizing advice.

Please avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try them on, as it incurs significant costs for all parties involved.

To back up the quality of the products we stock, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products in our store from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter.

We'll need photos of the item and details of what happened to cause it.

Manufacturing defects include unravelling stitching, stuck or broken zippers, or premature detaching of parts.

Warranty does not cover discolouration, wear from normal use, normal breakdown of materials, or damaged caused by misuse or a crash.

Men's Motorcycle Jackets

Choosing the right men's motorcycle jacket is a crucial decision that impacts your comfort, safety, and style while riding. Here's a guide to help you make an informed choice:

  1. Safety Features: Prioritize jackets with built-in safety features like CE-certified armor in the shoulders, elbows, and back. Look for abrasion-resistant materials such as leather or high-quality textile blends that offer protection in case of a fall.

  2. Fit and Comfort: A well-fitting jacket is essential for both comfort and safety. Ensure the jacket allows freedom of movement without being too loose. Consider adjustable features like waist straps, sleeve zippers, and neck closures to customize the fit.

  3. Seasonal Versatility: Choose a jacket that suits your riding conditions. For warm weather, opt for jackets with good ventilation, while cold weather requires thermal liners or insulated options. Some jackets offer removable liners to adapt to changing temperatures.

  4. Material Choice: Leather jackets provide excellent abrasion resistance and a classic look. Textile jackets often combine durability with weather resistance and may include waterproof or breathable membranes.

  5. Riding Style: Different riding styles call for varying jacket designs. Sport riders may prefer jackets with aerodynamic features, while cruiser riders might opt for more classic styles. Adventure riders might look for jackets with multiple pockets and storage options.

  6. Visibility: Consider jackets with reflective elements or bright colors to enhance your visibility, especially if you ride in low-light conditions.

  7. Pockets and Storage: Evaluate the jacket's storage capacity. Pockets are handy for carrying essentials like your phone, wallet, or keys.

  8. Weather Protection: Look for jackets with waterproof or water-resistant properties, sealed zippers, and storm flaps to keep you dry in wet conditions.

  9. Ventilation: Ventilation zippers or panels are crucial, especially during hot weather. Jackets with adjustable vents allow you to regulate airflow as needed.

  10. Liner Options: Some jackets include removable liners for thermal insulation or rain protection. This modular approach can make the jacket suitable for a wider range of conditions.

  11. Style Preference: Choose a style that resonates with your personal taste. Whether it's a classic leather jacket, a sleek sporty design, or a rugged adventure-style jacket, your choice should align with your fashion preferences.

  12. Reviews and Recommendations: Read reviews from other riders or seek recommendations from fellow motorcyclists. Real-world experiences can provide valuable insights into a jacket's performance and durability.

  13. Budget: While quality is important, consider your budget as well. Investing in a high-quality jacket can provide long-term value and better protection.

Remember, the right men's motorcycle jacket should strike a balance between safety, comfort, and style. Take your time to research, try on different options, and choose a jacket that enhances your riding experience while keeping you safe on the road.
