How to Measure your Head

Flexible measuring tape
Mirror (optional)
Pen and paper
Steps:
Prepare:
Find a quiet, well-lit area where you can comfortably measure your head.
If possible, stand in front of a mirror to ensure the measuring tape is level all the way around your head.
Position the Measuring Tape:
Place the measuring tape around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. The tape should be snug but not too tight. It should rest comfortably on your forehead and wrap around the widest part of the back of your head.
Measure:
Allow the tape to meet at the center of your forehead. Take note of the measurement where the two ends of the tape meet. This measurement is your head circumference.
Repeat for Accuracy:
To ensure accuracy, repeat the measurement a few times and take the average. Helmet sizes can vary between brands, so having a consistent measurement will help you choose the right size.
Record the Measurement:
Write down your head circumference measurement in centimeters or inches, depending on your preferred unit of measurement.
Consult the Sizing Chart:
