Smooth to the touch, glossy finish on the outside of the glove, but a soft (almost neoprene) type of fabric as the inner liner so you don't feel any seams inside.

Going on the size chart, it recommended I get a size XS. However none were available. So I went for the size S. When they arrived, they fit like a glove! So it was a good thing the XS wasn't available, or they would've been too small.
