I've been looking for a photochromatic visor for my helmet for about a month and I've always loved the stuff from the girls here at PeakMoto. Is this visor street legal? What are the specific specifications in terms of tint level? Thanks.
Hi there, any visor that isn’t clear is for ‘daytime use only’ and some are even ‘track use only’. This will be written on the right hand side of the visor. While I personally run an iridium visor (and have been for 17 years) and have never been pulled up on it, that is my own risk to take and we can't promise that it won't happen. The smoke visor is at 80% tint, and the iridium visors don't have an official tint level (but is lighter than the smoke).
