Knox Scaphoid Protection System
Scaphoid injury is the most common hand injury caused by the grab effect when the palm of the hand makes contact with the ground. Knox invented and patented the SPS, which for the first time gave riders effective protection against common scaphoid injuries caused by either a compression fracture or by hyper extension.
The Micro-Lock Knox SPS is a clever system that works by attaching 2 parts to the palm of the glove, making a bridge over the scaphoid. These plastic parts act as a slider eliminating the grab effect and scaphoid injuries, which are notoriously painful and slow to heal. This has proven to be a very effective system for riders with no loss of flexibility, discomfort or interference with the controls when operating the bike.

Motorcycle gloves praised for comfort, fit, and style. Customers said they feature "super soft leather," touchscreen fingertips, and protective palm sliders. Most love the adjustable wrist strap and breathable design. However, concerns include wrist strap not fitting small wrists and one detailed complaint about design flaws affecting grip and safety.
I'm extremely disappointed with these motorcycle gloves, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they fall short in several key areas.
*Design Flaws*: The scaphoid slider on the thumb joint instead of padding is a major issue. It causes discomfort and pain, especially during long rides. The slippery leather and lack of grip on the palm are also significant concerns, making it difficult to maintain control while riding.
*Safety Compromised*: The design flaws mentioned above compromise safety, and I wouldn't feel confident riding with these gloves. The seams on the inside of the fingers are also uncomfortable and poorly designed.
*Post-Purchase Research Revealed*: After buying these gloves, I did some research and discovered that good-quality gloves typically have scaphoid sliders on the outside, opposite the thumb and padding on the thumb side. They also often feature grip on the palm and stitching seams on the outside for comfort. It's clear that these gloves deviate from this.
*Not Fit for Purpose*: These gloves seem more suited for a pillion passenger than an active rider. As someone who's invested $150, I expect a certain level of functionality and comfort.
*Conclusion*: Unless you're looking for a decorative accessory, I'd strongly advise against these gloves. Save your money and invest in a pair that's designed with rider safety and comfort in mind.

Loving the size + colour of the gloves--only concern is that the Velcro doesn't reach all the way around so they don't stick when I try to tighten them around my wrists.

What size am I in ladies moto bessie gloves if I measure 7cm across the knuckle around my hand? I just ordered some REV’IT shoes #PM587 and I’d like to add to the order
Hi Rachael, the best way to measure around the entire palm, while it is softly closed, at the area you would normally hold the throttle. Then you'd put that in the Size Recommender which is located above where you choose the sizes.
By the way, I've already ordered your REV'IT! Shoes Express posted directly from the warehouse to save a bit of time, but we can send your gloves from Melbourne the same way once we figure out the size ;)
