To back up the quality of the products we stock, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products in our store from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter.
We'll need photos of the item and details of what happened to cause it.
Manufacturing defects include unravelling stitching, stuck or broken zippers, or premature detaching of parts.
Warranty does not cover discolouration, wear from normal use, normal breakdown of materials, or damaged caused by misuse or a crash.

What a fabulous jacket. The red and black styling is just gorgeous, the leather is soft and it's the most comfortable riding jacket I've ever owned. Also FANTASTIC service from Steph and Amanda. Very happy customer :)
It's not a full leather jacket but that is what makes it great. Was recommended this as an all season jacket, and that's what I've experienced with it in terms of comfort across weathers. It's also highly rated in its safety, so riding in it gives you a piece of mind. Also very much appreciate the quality of it and just looking forward to how long it'll last me. My very first riding jacket, and am so glad I got it!
I purchased the yellow Fiona leather jacket and absolutely love it! I was looking for a light/white coloured summer jacket for a long time and finally I found something even more beautiful than I could imagine. Will definitely be buying more jackets from MotoGirl. Loving this jacket! It fits so well. Nice and snug. Not loose and bulky in the shoulders and arms like other jackets I have tried. Beautiful quality. The lining is really pretty too. I love that this jacket is feminine and a bit sexy. I was after something I could wear all year round, and I think with the combination of both leather and textile stretch panels for air flow, that this jacket will do the job just fine. I am usually a size 14, and according to my body measurements and the sizing chart, I most closely suited a Large/14. However, with Amanda's help, I decided to go for the Medium/12 instead, and it is a perfect fit! Very happy!
