Delivering an innovative and fresh base layer design tailored specifically for female riders, meet the Bia Armoured Bodysuit by Pando Moto.
Drawing inspiration from the bestselling Commando UH Black, this double-layer bodysuit is contoured to fit the female body and features a newly developed crotch closure system that adjusts to two height settings, secured by ultra-thin snaps. It offers versatile styling options, whether worn on its own, under a t-shirt or jacket, or layered over a singlet.
- Made of extremely durable power-stretch knitted BALISTEX® fabric (15 times stronger than steel)
- Raglan sleeves with two layers of BALISTEX® fabric for high-risk abrasion and impact zones
- Fully CE approved – performance level AAA in accordance with the EN 17092-2:2020 standard
- Lightweight summer mesh armored body suit
- Designed to be worn on top of a base layer/under garments, or underneath your other jackets
- Highly durable CORDURA® mesh in the whole chest area and inside arms gives perfect ventilation across the body
- The bi-stretch fabric gives maximum comfort and keeps armor in place
- Secure, adjustable crotch closure in front (2 heights) with ultra thin plastic snaps – suitable for short and regular-fit body types

Crafted from Baltistex and Cordura mesh, the bodysuit brings high tech protection to motorcycling. Baltistex, known for being 15 times stronger than steel and resistant to abrasion, is also lightweight and highly efficient at conducting heat. Its durability when put to the test is a contributing factor to why the suit achieved a CE level AAA rating (EN 17092-2:2020).
The use of gray in the design isn’t just for style; it also reflects more sunlight than the black version, making it ideal for riding in hot conditions. This cooling effect is further enhanced by the heat conducting nature of Baltistex and breathability of the Cordura mesh.
Two of the key impact areas of the upper body, the elbows and shoulders, are protected by D3O® Ghost™ CE level 1 (EN1621-1:2012) certified armor. For additional protection, a lightweight back protector like the QUATROFLEX CE level 2 can be added.
