Fit
Fits true to size. Loose boxy fit through the body. The Glory Jacket is quilted and is quite warm however, if you want to wear bulkier layers underneath then we suggest sizing up.
Note that the sleeves and hem around the waist are quite firm.
Feel
The external fabric is smooth and great at keeping out the wind.
The sleeve cuffs wrap firmly around the wrists to prevent cool air from entering.
Zipper and snap closures are hardwearing, and the internal quilted fabric keeps you warm and comfortable.

Is this jacket cover the lower back when riding?
Hi Anne, this jacket has a fitted elastic waistband to help keep the jacket pulled down when riding, but it is a jacket with a shorter torso than average. I would have a look at the Black Arrow Wild and Free Jacket and the Knox Urbane Pro Mk3 Jacket as they both have longer torso lengths that overlap the pants.

Hi Sharon, yes it sure does come with CE Level 1 Shoulder, Elbow, and Back protectors. You can easily upgrade them to CE Level 2 if you like as well!

Is the black arrow bomber waterproof?

Hi Elly, the outside material is fairly water resistant, making it showerproof (I own this jacket myself and have been caught out in rain before, stayed dry inside) however, it isn't fully waterproof. So, if you are spending a long time in rain, it will seep through.
